With 17 years of real estate experience, Melissa Cescon is a respected Broker recognized for her collaborative and fair approach. Licensed in 2008 and advancing to Broker in 2010, she has guided clients with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to their goals.
Her prior corporate career leading Canadian sales teams for U.S. software companies sharpened her expertise in complex negotiations. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Melissa consistently achieves optimal outcomes for clients.
As Broker and Founder of CESCON GROUP, she leads a multilingual team serving Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, and surrounding markets. Now with ReMax Escarpment Realty Inc., she has earned ReMax Canada’s Chairman’s Award in 2023 and 2024 and ranked among the Top 100 agents with the Oakville-Milton Real Estate Board.
