Every move tells a story and mine started in Winnipeg, where family, faith, and food were the heart of every gathering. Those early roots taught me that a home isn’t just four walls, it’s where laughter lingers, meals are shared, and generations grow.
When I began my career in real estate, I carried that same belief forward. Today, through AskJohnny.ca, I help clients across Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and York Region find homes that feel like their story, not just a sale on paper.
But I also know that buying or selling a home is about more than listings and lockboxes, it’s about strategy, timing, and often, financing. That’s why I became a licensed Mortgage Agent, giving clients a one-stop solution that bridges both worlds. Whether it’s securing the right mortgage, structuring an investment deal, or refinancing a dream cottage, I bring the entire picture together, with financing available Canada-wide.
Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from first-time buyers to downsizing seniors and investors ready to expand their portfolio. Some move fast, others need time and I’m patient with both. My job is to guide, not push. To educate, not overwhelm. To listen before advising.
